Zerto Fresh Mozzarella is made with nothing but pure, fresh milk. Its creamy texture and mild flavor are much softer than mass-produced regular Mozzarella. This block-style mozzarella is perfect for shredding over homemade pizza, baked pasta dishes, or filling rolls of chicken or veal scallopini.When determining whether to use Part Skim or Whole Milk mozzarella, a decision has to be made as to the preference of the final dish. Whole milk mozzarella brings a fuller flavor and a creamy texture to recipes, but it does not brown as well and is not as elastic as part skim. Part Skim mozzarella has 2% butterfat, a greater stretch, chewier texture and more browning ability. Varieties Sold Separately. Product of the US.- Made from pasteurized cow's milk.
